These terms define the scope of JeVPN cross-border access and network acceleration subscriptions, account responsibilities, refund conditions, and related liability limits. Using the service means that you have read and agreed to follow these terms.

Service Content and Scope
JeVPN provides subscription services for international route connections, cross-border access, and network acceleration, covering 90+ countries / 200+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Actual connection performance may be affected by the user's location, access network, target service status, device configuration, and network operating conditions.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading during a billing period, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Included traffic, available routes, and current status are based on the user panel. JeVPN may change access methods due to route maintenance, security measures, or upstream network adjustments, while making reasonable efforts to minimize disruption to normal use.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required to register; set a username and password to get started. Users must protect their account credentials, subscription configurations, and access permissions, and are responsible for activity under their account. If credentials may have been exposed, users should change their password promptly and stop using exposed subscription configurations.
JeVPN supports an unlimited number of devices, but accounts, subscription links, and connection configurations are for the account holder only. They may not be disclosed, shared, resold, rented, or redistributed as part of another service. Automated bulk copying of connection information is prohibited, as is continuous use of service resources in a way that materially affects normal route operation. The account holder is responsible for traffic usage, configuration exposure, or account risks caused by sharing credentials.
Compliance Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location, as well as the platform rules and intellectual property requirements applicable to the services they access. The service may not be used for unlawful activities, infringement of others' rights, unauthorized system access, distribution of malicious programs, fraud, disruption of network operations, or bulk distribution of harmful information.
Users must determine for themselves whether specific content, websites, or online services may be accessed from their location. JeVPN provides network connectivity only and does not participate in creating, publishing, or trading the content users access. JeVPN does not guarantee the content, availability, pricing rules, or account policies of third-party websites.
Service Availability and Liability
JeVPN maintains routes and client software based on available technical conditions, but network services may be interrupted, vary in speed, or have temporarily unavailable features due to equipment failures, route maintenance, upstream changes, public network fluctuations, target platform policy changes, or other factors beyond reasonable control. Users may switch routes, check their local network, or seek support through the user panel.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, JeVPN is not liable for indirect losses caused by third-party service interruptions, device compatibility issues, user configuration errors, or violations of third-party rules. Users should keep important materials backed up and confirm the connection environment and destination address before making payments, transferring files, or operating an account. Any liability will be handled based on the actual subscription fees and applicable legal requirements.
Refunds and Account Termination
The refund promise allows refunds within 14 days (full refund if dissatisfied with the first payment). Refund requests must concern the first payment and be submitted through the user panel with the relevant order information so that payment records and subscription status can be verified. Refund processing for Alipay / WeChat / USDT may be affected by the rules of the relevant payment channel and will be handled according to the verified original payment record.
If an account resells or shares subscriptions, harms route operations, engages in unlawful activity, infringes third-party rights, evades service management measures, or seriously violates these terms, JeVPN may restrict connections, suspend service, or terminate the account. To prevent risks from escalating, temporary restrictions may be applied first when necessary, followed by action based on account records. Account termination does not remove responsibilities that arose before termination.
Changes and Effective Date
JeVPN may update these terms based on service features, route arrangements, payment rules, or legal requirements. Updated versions will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be revised. Material changes affecting user rights and obligations will be announced through available on-site channels. Users should review the then-current terms before continuing to use the service.
If any part of these terms cannot be enforced under applicable law, the remaining provisions will remain effective. Page titles and section names are provided for reading and navigation only and do not affect the meaning of these terms. These terms and the Privacy Policy together form the rules applicable to users of JeVPN services.
