Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This policy explains what data JeVPN processes when providing cross-border access, international routes, and subscription services, why it is processed, and how users can manage it. Please read these terms before using the service.
1. Data Collected and Processing Purposes
JeVPN processes only the information needed to maintain accounts, subscriptions, and network connections. No email address is required to create an account; users only need to set a username and password. The username identifies the account, while the password is used for authentication and handled securely. If a user voluntarily provides additional information in a support ticket, that information is used only to respond to the specific request.
Orders and billing create order records that include the selected item, amount due, order status, payment channel, and payment result. The account also stores summary information such as subscription status, used traffic, and remaining entitlements. This information is used to apply traffic rules, display account status, and handle after-sales support. These summaries do not include the websites a user visits.
To operate the website and improve the page experience, JeVPN may process site analytics such as visited pages, referring pages, browser type, device environment, approximate region, and error information. This analytics concerns the JeVPN website itself and is not used to record external content accessed through international routes.
2. No-Logs Policy and Connection Data
JeVPN follows a no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users visit, retain search queries, transmitted content, or detailed usage records from external services, or create persistent connection logs that could be used to reconstruct an individual's browsing activity.
While routes are operating, the service may temporarily process the current connection status and technical information required to complete network transmission. This information is used only to establish connections, assign routes, limit abnormal requests, and troubleshoot immediate failures. It is not retained as a long-term browsing record. Account-level traffic usage is subscription metering data and is processed separately from destinations and transmitted content.
Website security logs may record access to JeVPN pages and account interfaces to identify unusual logins, interface failures, and abusive activity. Such data is retained only for the time necessary to complete security checks or resolve technical issues, then deleted or de-identified when the purpose ends.
3. Cookies, Local Storage, and Site Analytics
JeVPN uses cookies or browser local storage to maintain login status, save language and interface preferences, protect account processes, and ensure that pages connect correctly. Some local data may also store necessary session identifiers so users do not need to verify repeatedly when viewing account overviews, plans, and client pages.
Site analytics help determine whether pages load correctly, how visitors move through the site, and which content needs improvement. Analytics data is used for service operations and troubleshooting and is not combined with browsing content from international routes. Clearing browser cookies or local storage may sign users out and reset saved page preferences.
4. Payment Processing and Data Sharing
JeVPN supports Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant payment service provider. JeVPN receives the payment status, transaction result, and necessary identifiers required to complete an order, but does not directly control the data collected on third-party payment pages. Users should also review the privacy rules that apply to the specific payment channel they use.
Except where necessary to complete payments, provide infrastructure, maintain security, or comply with applicable requirements, JeVPN does not disclose account information to unrelated parties. Service providers acting on JeVPN's behalf may process necessary data only for agreed purposes and must apply safeguards appropriate to their responsibilities. If the business structure changes, related data processing remains subject to the purposes and boundaries described in this policy.
5. Data Retention, Deletion, and Policy Updates
Account information is retained while the account remains active. Order records are kept as needed to fulfill transactions, process refunds, reconcile finances, and resolve disputes. Site analytics and security information are retained only for the period required to achieve their operational purpose, then deleted or de-identified. Records that must be retained under applicable rules or because of pending orders or disputes will have their purpose and access scope limited.
Users can request access to, correction of, or deletion of relevant account data through the support ticket portal in the account panel. Once a deletion request is completed, account access and associated subscriptions may also end. Information that must be retained by law or to handle unfinished matters will be deleted after the relevant purpose ends.
This policy may be updated when service processes, technical measures, or applicable requirements change. The new version will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top will be revised accordingly. If an update materially affects data processing, JeVPN will provide an explanation through the site or account panel. Users can review the version in effect before continuing to use the service.
