Choose routes by exit region and use case
All public plans provide access to JeVPN’s global routes. First confirm the region where the target service is available, then compare route types. A nearby exit is often suitable for everyday browsing; for region-specific content, select the matching region directly instead of relying only on geographic distance.
Unlimited devices
One account for everyday devices
Plans do not limit the number of devices, making it easy to switch between computers, tablets, and other supported devices. Unlimited devices does not mean separate data allowances: the allowance for a monthly subscription or data pack is shared across devices on the same account, so choose a tier based on total consumption.

Get clients and subscription settings from the user panel
After choosing a plan, open the client download area in the user panel. Interfaces and import methods vary by platform, but all are managed with the same account. The marketing page does not provide static installers or public subscription URLs; use the configuration shown in the user panel.
Streaming and international websites
Route selection matters more than simply adding data
When watching Streaming content, using AI Tools, or visiting region-specific websites, choose an exit that matches the target service’s region. Availability may also depend on the service account region, platform rules, and exit identification; the plan’s data allowance alone does not change these external conditions.
Documentation and support tickets
Record the details before submitting a connection issue
If you cannot connect, notice speed changes, or find a target website unavailable, record the platform, selected region, route type, and situation in which the issue occurred, then submit a ticket through the user panel. Clearer details make it easier to distinguish local network, client configuration, and exit-route issues.
